We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Our website currently collects personal information in one circumstance only: when you voluntarily subscribe to receive updates from us. In that case, we collect:

• Email address — the address you provide in our subscription form; and
• Consent record — a timestamp and record that you provided express consent to receive electronic communications from us.

We do not collect payment information, government identification, or any other category of personal information through this website. We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information to third parties.

We use the email address you provide solely to send you updates about OAD Airlines, including company milestones, regulatory progress, launch announcements, and early access to fares when commercial service begins. We may also use aggregate, non-identifying statistics (for example, total subscriber count) for internal planning and investor reporting.

By submitting your email address through our subscription form, you provide express consent under CASL to receive commercial electronic messages from OAD Airlines Inc. You may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, by:

Withdrawal of consent will be processed without undue delay, and in any event within 10 business days as required by CASL.

4. Service Providers and Data Processing

We use a small number of reputable third-party service providers to operate this website and manage subscriptions:

• Formspree, Inc. — processes our subscription form submissions. Your email address is transmitted to and stored by Formspree on our behalf. Formspree's privacy practices are described in its own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and serves this website through its global content delivery network, and may process technical data (such as IP addresses) transiently for security and performance purposes.

These providers may store or process data on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States. Where personal information is processed outside Canada, it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We select providers that maintain security safeguards consistent with industry standards.

5. Retention

We retain subscriber email addresses for as long as your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from our active mailing list; a minimal suppression record may be retained as required to honour your unsubscribe request under CASL.

6. Safeguards

We protect personal information using safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all website traffic and form submissions, and access controls limiting who within our organization can view subscriber information.

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
